
REFUND POLICY

At FitNut Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality virtual wellness education, lifestyle coaching support, and digital resources designed to help clients build consistency, structure, and sustainable wellness habits.
​
7-Day Cancellation and Refund Window
​
Clients may cancel their coaching program enrollment for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the original date of purchase/enrollment.
To cancel within the 7-day cancellation window, clients must contact our support team in writing at:

The cancellation request must include the client’s full name, the email address used at enrollment, and a clear statement that the client is cancelling within the 7-day cancellation window.
​
If a client properly cancels within the 7-day cancellation window, FitNut Fitness will refund all monies paid under the applicable enrollment agreement within 30 days of receiving the written cancellation notice.
​
Upon cancellation, the client’s access to coaching communications, program materials, community platforms, digital resources, and other program access will be terminated.
​
After the 7-Day Cancellation Window
​
After the 7-day cancellation window expires, all sales are final and coaching program purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
​
Refunds will not be provided after the 7-day cancellation window due to non-use, lack of participation, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, financial hardship, dissatisfaction with personal progress, failure to complete onboarding, failure to attend calls, failure to access materials, or perceived lack of results.
​
Payment Plans
​
Clients enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for the full program investment, including all scheduled payments, after the 7-day cancellation window expires.
​
A payment plan is a payment arrangement for the full program investment and is not a month-to-month subscription or cancellation option.
Stopping participation, failing to use the program, or voluntarily withdrawing after the 7-day cancellation window expires does not cancel remaining payment obligations.
​
Third-Party Financing / Buy Now, Pay Later
​
If a client uses third-party financing, Buy Now, Pay Later, or another funding provider, the financing agreement is separate from the client’s agreement with FitNut Fitness.
​
FitNut Fitness does not manage, control, modify, pause, cancel, or collect payments owed directly to a third-party financing provider.
If a client cancels within the 7-day cancellation window, FitNut Fitness will process any refund or cancellation request according to the applicable funding provider’s procedures, where applicable.
​
After the 7-day cancellation window expires, the client remains responsible for all payment obligations under the client’s agreement with FitNut Fitness and any separate third-party financing agreement, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
​
Digital Products
​
Standalone digital products, downloadable materials, templates, PDFs, meal guides, video content, educational downloads, and other digital resources are non-refundable once access has been provided or materials have been delivered, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If a digital product is included as part of a coaching program enrollment, the coaching program refund terms above apply to that enrollment.

FitNut Fitness does not guarantee specific wellness, lifestyle, body composition, health, symptom, or physical outcomes.

Results vary based on individual participation, consistency, implementation, personal circumstances, lifestyle habits, and factors outside FitNut Fitness' control.

All services, materials, and resources are intended for educational and informational purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or licensed healthcare services.

Billing Concerns and Disputes
​
If you experience a billing, access, or service concern, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute, financing dispute, or chargeback so we can work toward a resolution.
​
FitNut Fitness reserves the right to provide the signed Client Enrollment Agreement, proof of program access, onboarding records, coaching communication records, payment records, and documentation of services rendered in response to any chargeback, financing inquiry, or payment dispute.
