Jennifer’s passion for health and fitness has always been rooted in movement, education, and the desire to help people feel their absolute best. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University, she began her career working in an outpatient physical therapy setting—where she saw firsthand the power of exercise in restoring strength and confidence.

From there, her journey expanded into strength and conditioning for youth athletes, small group training, and eventually many years as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Each experience deepened her belief that fitness isn’t just about physical change—it’s about equipping people with the tools and knowledge to live healthier, more empowered lives.

What Jennifer loves most about coaching is the joy of watching people apply what they’ve learned, make meaningful lifestyle changes, and step into the best version of themselves. Her mission is simple: to motivate, educate, and walk alongside her clients as they discover just how capable they truly are.
